Youth Empowerment Program · MashMore Boss Lab

Meet the four young bosses!

Each one built their favorite bowl, named it, and now has to promote it and sell it, just like a boss running a business.

The MashMore Boss Lab is our youth empowerment program. It gives our young employees real, hands-on experience in entrepreneurship and leadership, and trains Albany's next group of entrepreneurs, starting with mashed potatoes.

Food drive · totally optional

Want to give a little back?

If you'd like, bring a can for MashMore's food-drive box at the entrance. A can of clam chowder, a box of pasta, whatever you can spare. Every bit goes to our neighbors who could use a warm meal.

Coming empty-handed? You're just as welcome. Come hungry, that's all we ask.

Who we are

MashMore is a small comfort food spot in Albany's south end, built on one question: why is mashed potato always the side? So we made it the main event.

Not a chain. One kitchen, one drive-thru, one big blue mural, and a young local crew just getting started.
